Mystic Forest is a dream world in NiGHTS into Dreams and Claris' second level. The level is known as The Possibility and its music theme is Gloom of the N.H.C.

NiGHTS into Dreams
Mystic Forest is Claris' second level and it is only available to be played after clearing Spring Valley.
Mystic Forest is a peaceful and strange forest enveloped with fog and filled with road signs as well as some ancient ruins scattered in the forest.
In the third lap, there's a temple which leads NiGHTS to a secret cave filled with stars, where a rock wall will start going down once NiGHTS enters it. If NiGHTS stays in the cave for too long, the rock wall will crush them and cause a Night Over.
In the fourth lap, there's a broken car which NiGHTS can guide to its garage. If NiGHTS does that, the player will be rewarded with 1000 points. In the HD remaster, bringing the car to the garage will also unlock the Mystic Garage Trophy.[1]
The Nightopians and Mepians waking with backpacks is behavior exclusive to this level. Other than that, they can be seen doing all of their common behaviors (singing, dancing, rolling, walking, whistling, clapping, making bubbles and fishing cake).
This level is said to have been created from Claris' inner spirit of enquiry.[2]
The enemies that can be found in this level are Crewles, Poles, Parties and Kircles. The boss of this dream is Gulpo.
Sonic Pinball Party
Mystic Forest appears as the third NiGHTS thematic pinball table in Sonic Pinball Party. For unknown reasons, Clawz is the boss of the table instead of Gulpo.

"Stone blocks are solidly in place in some parts of the forest, but pillars lay broken and scattered in others. Traffic signs which dot the land seem out of place in the dark and silent surrounding. Look for the core of this dream, a "shining" cave buried deep in the ground. The forest growth here might help send you on your way."[3]

- This is the only level where it's possible to get a Night Over while playing as NiGHTS.
