Officer Oswald is a minor character in the NiGHTS Archie Comics series. He is a police officer who keeps chasing Elliot and Claris throughout Twin Seeds, because they skipped out school.

Officer Oswald first appears at the end of Issue 4. Elliot and Claris were looking out for NiGHTS, when Officer Oswald catches them for skipping out school and takes them to the Twin Seeds Police Department.

At the end of Issue 6, he tries to once again, catch both Elliot and Claris, as well as Roger. However, thanks to Snuze, the trio is able of escaping before that happens.
