Sonic the Hedgehog into Dreams... is a mini game in Christmas NiGHTS into Dreams, which is exclusive to the SEGA Saturn version of the game.

In this mini game, the player controls Sonic, who must collect the four Ideyas in the Christmas NiGHTS version of Spring Valley. After completing the level, the player will fight against Doctor Eggman parodying Puffy.
Sonic controls exactly like Elliot Edwards and Claris Sinclair (except he can only run and jump due to being unable to Dualize) with no fear of a time limit or Alarm Egg. Oddly enough, the mini game did not return to any of the HD remasters of the game.
