The Twin Seeds's creator is an unseen minor character in NiGHTS into Dreams. She was a brave woman who created Twin Seeds 100 years prior to the events in the game.

The Twin Seeds's creator never appears in the game, nor is she ever mentioned. However, the NiGHTS into Dreams Japanese website does confirms that she existed.[1]
In the NiGHTS into Dreams Japanese Website, there is a section describing all of the music tracks in the game. In the description of the music track "Sowing Seeds", which is played during Claris's opening cutscene, it is stated that the musical which Claris's auditioned to is about "the brave woman who created Twin Seeds".[1]
As Claris is the star of the musical, it can be assumed that she is playing this said woman in the musical.

- The Twin Seeds's creator is one of the three characters who are mentioned in the NiGHTS into Dreams Japanese website but never appear in the game. The other two are Elliot's Mother and Claris's Father.
- In the Archie Comics, Twin Seeds is not created by a woman, but rather by an elder smith who created the Twin Seeds's tower after seeing a similar tower in his dream.
